After a none stop tour around the country, which took in Cork, Waterford, Tyrone and Cavan, Seamus O’Rourke brings his much loved comedy Victor’s Dung to the Drumlin House Theatre, Cootehill for two nights this September.

Victor’s Dung got it’s first outing back in September 2010 as part of the Culture Night in The Corn Mill Theatre and 100 plus shows later it’s still bringing in the crowds. If you haven’t yet seen this remarkable production, now is your chance. So spread the word – Victory Maguire is coming to Cootehill!

Victor’s Dung by Seamus O’Rourke

With Seamus O’Rourke, Charlie McGuinness & Tommy Sharkey

Victor’s Dung is set in a farm yard, complete with its very own dung heap, outdoor toilet and rather poor broadband reception. It is the comic tale of Victor Maguire, a crude, vulgar, abrupt, un-PC Cavan farmer who gets a surprise one Friday morning. We are then taken on whirlwind journey through Victor’s somewhat sad and unconventional life, meeting up with many a strange bucko along the way… Hold on to your hats… and your sweets (because there may be Cavan people in the audience)… this could get messy…
